Now I'm dry behind the ears enough in web development and I want back to big guys. I'd really like to get into desktop applications and games after all. Given that I'm a gamer, I became a programmer as many of that inspired young players of my age to create games and not because it was awesome itself.
Incode is an achievement for me, well, it is a proof that I'm worth something…and the first step towards the establishment of world`s dictatorship. But to be honest, next step for me is a game development, although before getting into it I need to gain more experience. Maybe with time we will even open gamedev department in Incode.
So far, my contribution to Incode is minimal, however, I was company's go-to person. My main duty was to close the gap in staff until we found specialists for these jobs, e.g. I was a team lead / CTO, I even coded for some time when we didn't have a programmer with a required set of skills. Sometimes I took part in searches for a new office or gave recommendations for improving office work. Well, I was like Figaro…Figaro here, Figaro there, Figaro like everywhere. But I really love it.
The secret of success is to put your mind, your heart and all your efforts even into the smallest tasks.
